The rooms were nice and clean . The hotel is a bit older and shows it age. The location to the casino and price makes it a good choice.
They have a shuttle to and from the casino. The front desk is the best.

I have now stayed at this location twice in the past month and have NOT ONE complaint. Both of my stays had very clean rooms, very clean sheets and very clean towels. The customer service was wonderful and helpful when needed. My reason for staying was visiting relatives but know that it is close to the casino as said relatives work at said casino...*smile* Thank you to the staff at this Quality Inn!!
The only disappointment was im pretty sure the sheets were not new and tv didnt work. Otherwise, it was what I was expecting. Location is great by everything the small town has.

Quality Inn was my choice because of the location to all I had to do in the short time that I was in the area. From check-in day 1 early, the staff accommodated for every need I had and continued to accommodate my entire stay. Very professional was the service I received throughout my stay, consistent with every day's events. That stood out more than anything else here. It wasn't just the comfort and privacy, but the sense of security hoped for when away from home. Hands down, these people are in business because they SHOULD BE, and the population should know that if the Quality Inn in Kinder, LA. is where to book when a quality stay is the agenda.
